01Do you do the plans too?
Yes. Our architect draws them and we handle council approvals, so you deal with one team.
02How do payments work?
A deposit to start, then payments at agreed stages (foundations, roof, finishes), never ahead of the work.
03Can you work with my bond?
Yes. We work with all the major banks' building loans and their inspectors.
04What areas do you cover?
Mbombela, White River, Hazyview, Barberton and Malelane. Further afield for bigger projects.
