Good questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or a gate code. Your cleaner sends a photo when they arrive and when they leave.
Do you bring the products?
Yes, plus vacuums and mops. Prefer your own eco products? Just leave them out and add a note.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is ID-checked, reference-checked and trained by us, and we're insured for breakages.
Can I skip a week?
Any time, up to 24 hours before. No fees, no phone calls, just tap skip.
